Community Use of Schools

Community Use of Schools is an initiative that supports access to school space outside of school hours for not-for-profit community groups.

Rate Schedule

Responsible for equipment rental, if applicable; and,
Responsible for costs where:
- damage or loss occurs; and/or,
- it is necessary to provide caretakers for use.
- Schedule of Fees, Classification of Groups, and Conditions of Agreement

Criteria for qualifying for reduced rates

Organizations using school facilities classified for the Community Use of Schools Program include persons or organizations whose primary and principal purposes are other than making a profit. Application for the use of facilities must be made in writing on the proper form to the principal of the school. The principal will determine qualification for the Community Use of School Program.
